Spiritual Direction
Online or in-person, the process of Spiritual Direction emerges from various spiritual traditions in which one is seeking spiritual growth and discernment, especially helpful during times of change or doubt. The mentoring process creates a safe, confidential space for exploration without judgement. Sometimes it is about asking difficult questions and being open to hearing unexpected answers. Sometimes it is about realigning our understanding about our purpose and the presence of the Divine. Sometimes it is about letting go of old stereotypes and letting the Divine speak in new ways. The goal is to help us integrate spirituality, grow personally, and live authentically. An African proverb encourages us, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”.

Creating Sacred Space
Creating sacred space is about designing an environment that fosters peace, reflection, and calm for body, mind, and spirit. It’s not just about space for meditation/prayer. Using my clinical experience as a chaplain and space transformation as a former co-owner of interior design firm, I am able to promote your holistic well-being by creating intentionality in your physical space. Often this includes reviewing personal items that hold significance. Sometimes, there is just too much stuff to sort through to feel harmonious. Minimizing distractions helps to promote a sense of tranquility and focus. Creating a sacred space is a personal journey; it should resonate with your values, hopes, and dreams. In-person only, this time is spent evaluating your physical space and personal goals, with special consideration that it can be an emotional process reviewing and considering our attachments to “our stuff”, especially as it correlates to grief and loss.

Custom Wedding & Memorial Services
Custom interfaith wedding and memorial services offer a unique opportunity to honor the beliefs and traditions of diverse backgrounds. For interfaith weddings, couples can choose elements that represent both faiths, fostering a sense of unity and respect among families and friends. Similarly, for memorial services, a custom approach honors a loved one’s unique life by offering personal tributes while respecting their spiritual connectionss. Custom liturgies invite all to be unified in an inclusive and comforting environment. Creating & facilitating services can take up to 8 hours.

Space Clearing
Online or in-person, this may be done before or after sessions creating Sacred Space. This is an active process with you co-creating with Spirit to welcome in new life and abundance. This is not just lighting some sage and candles with a few prayers. A gifted healer/shaman from Costa Rica will “go in remotely” to first assess the “ley lines” surrounding your property as well as significant exterior trees & plantings. Taking 7 days for the underlying and exterior transformation to complete, he will then shift the energy inside of your property by clearing out negativity and then inviting you to activate new Divine flow with gratitude and joy. (Properties he has cleared survive storms and hurricanes while surrounding lands experienced devastation and loss.)
